Job Description
Experienced Automotive Technician (A Level) Join the Team at Don's Auto Repair Don's Auto Repair is a growing, family-owned automotive repair shop in Papillion built on honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose complex issues—not just perform maintenance. If you take pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time and want to work in a shop that values quality over quantity, respects your skills, and offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, we'd love to talk with you. Responsibilities Diagnose, inspect, and repair domestic and import vehicles. Perform routine maintenance and complete mechanical repairs. Diagnose and resolve drivability, electrical, and check engine light concerns. Complete brake, suspension, steering, exhaust, HVAC, engine, and transmission repairs. Perform timing and major engine repairs, including engine and transmission replacement when needed. Provide accurate repair recommendations and labor estimates. Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete repair documentation. Work closely with the Service Manager and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer service. Produce quality work while maintaining efficiency and minimizing comebacks. Qualifications 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (A-Level technician). Experience servicing both domestic and import vehicles. Ability to perform a wide range of mechanical and diagnostic repairs independently. Valid driver's license. Personal tools required. ASE Certifications Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $20-50/hr Flat Rate (based on experience) plus guaranteed hourly base. Unlimited earning potential. Monday-Friday schedule (No weekends).
