We focus heavily on customer satisfaction, fixed first visit and continued coaching/training. We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced, reliable and ethical repair technician to join our team of professionals. The right candidate will be professional, punctual, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. This person would also be able to perform all of their duties without constant supervision or instruction. Must be able to work with a team environment and have solid comminucation skills. Minimum of 4 years experience is required. We offer competitive base pay plus very generous productivity bonuses, employer matched retirement plan, 6 paid holidays off, 2 paid personal days per year, accruing PTO from start date (up to 7 days per year) continued training and employer will pay for ASE certification if not already certified.   • Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, following manufacturer's specifications
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed ```Requirements```
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Experience in automotive service, repair, and maintenance
  • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for automotive repairs
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices
  • Familiarity with automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, A/C systems brakes, and electrical systems
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams and diagnostic flow charts
