Automated Dairy is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Technician. This position would include cleaning the shop, washing and detailing vehicles, performing oil changes, and tire changes. They must be able to handle responsibilities that can differ from day to day depending on the jobs that they are assigned. We are looking for someone with mechanical knowledge and who is teachable.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent No less than 1 year experience of working with a fleet. Successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and physical Exhibit regular and consistent attendance in a timely manner at the place of work Strong work ethic with mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and follow directions Valid Driver's License and clean driving record and work on call when needed Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment for job-appropriate duties to include protective eyewear, clothing, gloves, and appropriate footwear to provide protection from chemicals and other potential work hazards, in accordance with the Automated Dairy PPE Program.

Requirements:

Perform shop cleaning duties daily. Perform routine oil changes on fleet vehicles. Change and rotate tires. Detail fleet vehicles. Assist with teardowns of bigger projects. Complete other job duties assigned by the manager.
