locally owned and operated since 2003, we're expanding our team and looking for an Experienced Lead Quick Lube Technician with the opportunity to advance within the company. Were looking for a qualified lube pit tech with leadership qualities, who is dependable and shows up ready to work, takes pride in doing the job right, works well with customers, and is ready to help lead a team. 40 hours per week Every Sunday off Monday
  • Friday:
    8am
  • 5:30pm
  • Saturday:
    9am
  • 3pm Saturdays are required Major holiday closures, including 4 paid holidays. 30 hours PTO after one full year of full

We're looking for an experienced technician who is ready for the next step. Job Description/Physical Duty Perform oil changes and lubrication services according to manufacturer specs. Follow all safety procedures and shop policies. Communicate recommendations clearly and honestly to customers or managers. Support team members to ensure efficient work flow and customer satisfaction. Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the proper use of power tools, tools and equipment. Ability to visually inspect vehicle components, read gauges and follow written and/or verbal instructions. Adhere to all safety protocol, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods through out the work day. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, twist and reach repeatedly. Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms. Tolerate exposure to noise, heat, cold, automotive chemicals and fumes.
