The Hive is looking for an experienced, sales driven Service Advisor to join our team in Moscow, Idaho. We see approximately 400 customers per month between two advisors. We have the volume and opportunity, we're looking for someone ambitious who knows how to communicate value, build trust, and close sales. What we're looking for: Previous automotive Service Advisor experience Strong sales and communication skills Motivated by goals, numbers and earning potential Confident presenting repairs and asking for the sale Organized with strong follow through Customer focused What we offer: 10% commission High customer volume Uncapped earning potential Established team and systems If you're an experienced advisor, we'd love to hear your average ARO, close rate and monthly sales volume.
