Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Detailing, Correction, and Coating Technician to elevate vehicle appearances to the highest standards. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and protecting vehicles to ensure they look pristine and maintain their value. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vehicle cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to achieve a spotless finish. Conduct paint correction procedures to eliminate scratches, swirl marks, and surface imperfections using buffing and polishing techniques. Apply advanced protective coatings such as ceramic or paint sealants to enhance vehicle durability and shine. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and janitorial standards throughout the process. Interact professionally with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on service progress, and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in automotive detailing or custodial work is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Knowledge of car cleaning techniques, buffing methods, and surface correction processes. Ability to drive safely and responsibly; a valid driver's license is required. Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality results in vehicle appearance. Willingness to learn new skills related to coating application and advanced detailing techniques.
