Job Description
Our client, a trusted, family-owned air-conditioned and heated automotive repair shop is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician-Level B to join their team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of repair and maintenance services on various vehicle makes and models, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal operation. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional automotive service while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills further and work with cutting-edge automotive technology.
Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and other mechanical systems.
Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.
Repair and replace automotive components.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively on foreign and domestic vehicles.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 - 40 per weekLocation:
Addison, IL DutiesConduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and other mechanical systems.
