Utilize tools and automotive systems to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems and recommend appropriate solutionsCommunicate with Service Advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repair needs.
Collaborate with management to ensure workflow is consistentFollow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices to ensure accuracy on repairsAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentStay up to date with latest automotive technology, repair techniques and industry trendsMaintain a clean and organized work area while restocking supplies as needed.
EOE Responsibilities:
