00 per flat-rate hour Pay based on experience, certifications, productivity, and skill level Full-time position Consistent workflow with opportunities to maximize your earnings What You'll Do Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently. Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, drivetrains, suspension, steering, brake systems, electrical systems, and HVAC. Use Ford diagnostic equipment, service information, and technical manuals. Complete repairs that meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards. Communicate findings clearly with service advisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Continue developing your skills through training and new technology. What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Automotive Technician. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience with electrical and mechanical repairs. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. ASE certifications and/or Ford certifications are a plus, but not required. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
