PM Job Description:

Affinity Home Care Group is urgently seeking an experienced and compassionate Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide high-quality, in-home care. This role is ideal for someone reliable and dedicated who is ready to start immediately and make a meaningful impact in a client's daily life.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (dressing, grooming) Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition Follow individualized care plans

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable
