The primary focus of this position is assisting customers with vehicle lockouts and basic automotive lock-and-key service calls . Training resources and equipment options are available, making this an opportunity to learn the work while operating independently in the field. Your Responsibilities Travel to customer locations for vehicle lockout assignments Perform basic vehicle lockout services using the appropriate tools Follow service instructions and safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers Use a smartphone for navigation and assignment information Complete service updates after each assignment What You Need Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Current auto insurance Smartphone with data service Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently Professional customer-service skills No extensive locksmith background is required for basic lockout work. Training resources and tool options are available for qualified providers.
