In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for technical problem-solving and a strong background in industrial maintenance. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical components. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Repair or replace defective parts using welding (including welding), precision measuring instruments, and other mechanical tools. Conduct electrical diagnostics with ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to identify faults in low voltage and high voltage systems. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate repairs and modifications. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting pneumatic systems and implementing process improvements for manufacturing efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in a manufacturing facility environment with strong mechanical knowledge. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical diagnostics, industrial electrician skills, and troubleshooting control systems. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and industrial maintenance equipment is highly desirable. Ability to read schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical manuals accurately; analysis skills are essential. Knowledge of welding techniques including welding; experience in welding safety procedures is required. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking; familiarity with analysis of maintenance data is a plus. Valid certifications in electrical diagnostics, HVAC/R, or industrial maintenance are preferred; military background is advantageous. Ability to handle high voltage systems safely and perform field service tasks effectively.
