Responsibilities Schedule service appointments Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required, entering RO into service database system. Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service. Proactively solve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. Educate customers on maintenance, repairs, and services for vehicles. Maintain accurate records and report on maintenance procedures. Prepare bills and invoice for services performed. Manage service calls and ensure all drivers receive them in a timely manner. Manage customer complaints and provide solutions (pre/post-sale) Keep updated records of customer interactions and process customer information in our database. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Experience & Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the logistics industry (transportation or logistics) or in a related field such as Service Department, Service Advisor, Service Manager, etc. Experience in a service center or similar environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of mechanics. Fluent English--Bilingual a plus Can work in a fast-paced environment, are organized, and can manage time efficiently. Must have a valid driver's license.
