In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Your technical proficiency and hands-on skills will be vital in delivering top-tier automotive service that keeps our customers confident on the road. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and transmission. Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing or repairing components such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, electrical wiring, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical problems. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, batteries, wheel alignments, and tire rotations to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair diesel engines. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams interpretation, and electronic troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with vehicle transmission system repair, powertrain components, vehicle suspension system repair, and wheel alignment procedures. Knowledge of automotive service procedures including auto estimating and parts ordering processes. Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in welding, vehicle maintenance, and the use of automotive diagnostic tools. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while providing excellent customer service. Technical proficiency across diverse vehicle makes is highly valued.
