Evening and Saturday availability is especially valuable.

What You'll Do:

As an Experienced Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our Service Department.

You will:

Greet customers and guide them through the repair and maintenance process Recommend service and maintenance options based on customer needs Explain service costs and provide accurate estimates Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers Offer service specials and additional maintenance opportunities Monitor vehicles from service-bay entry through completion Review completed work with customers and ensure their satisfaction Maintain a high CSI score Work closely with technicians and the Service Department team Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.

The ideal candidate has:

Verifiable Automotive Service Advisor experience, including CSI and employment history Evening and Saturday availability is especially valuable Strong customer service and communication skills Computer proficiency Automotive mechanical knowledge The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and good driving record
