PAY:

Core Responsibilities Execute repairs efficiently based on repair orders and in strict accordance with dealership and manufacturer specifications. Diagnose major vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools to test-drive vehicles and assess components. Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate time estimates and report any additional required vehicle services. Perform warranty repairs to precise manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Journeyman or A-Level preferred).

Technical Mastery:

Strong A-level capabilities in advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Tools & Tech:

Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment; experience with CDK dealer management software is a strong plus.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record acceptable to dealership insurance guidelines.
