The ideal candidate communicates clearly, builds lasting customer relationships, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced automotive environment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and identify their vehicle's service and repair needs. Clearly explain recommended services, repair estimates, and expected completion times, and obtain customer authorization. Build customer relationships through professional communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through. Monitor each vehicle's progress throughout the day and provide customers with timely updates. Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure accurate repair orders and efficient workflow. Oversee and participate in quality control to help ensure work is completed correctly and customer concerns are addressed. Maintain company standards for ethical business practices, professional appearance, workplace organization, and customer and employee relations. Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Automotive Service Writer or Service Advisor experience required. Customer service experience and strong communication skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
