Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven, young, and hungry Automotive Technician who is eager to learn and expand their mechanical knowledge. This position is ideal for someone with solid foundational skills who wants to gain hands-on experience under experienced technicians. We strongly encourage recent trade school graduates to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine automotive maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements. Perform brake service, inspection, pad/rotor replacements, and basic suspension work. Mount, balance, repair, and replace tires. Perform wheel alignments using shop alignment equipment. Execute general light mechanical repairs and basic diagnostic checks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma/GED; Automotive Trade School graduate or entry-level technical training preferred.

Tools:

Must possess a basic set of hand tools and roll cart/toolbox suitable for light mechanical work.

Skills:

Solid understanding of basic automotive systems (brakes, tires, alignments, light mechanical).

Attitude:

Strong work ethic, reliable, coachable, and eager to learn advanced diagnostic and repair skills.

License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
