Job Description
Muller Subaru in Highland Park, IL is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service department. We are looking for a proven dealership professional who understands how to take care of customers, communicate effectively with technicians, and maximize every service opportunity while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Proven ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repair services Ability to effectively manage multiple repair orders and customers Strong follow-up and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department Experience with dealership DMS systems Strong CSI/NPS performance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Responsibilities Greet customers and accurately identify their service needs Write and manage repair orders from start to finish Review technician recommendations and communicate repairs clearly to customers Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and service management Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction Meet department goals for sales, productivity, and CSI/NPS What We Offer Competitive compensation with strong earning potential Busy, established service department Large and loyal customer base Medical and other available benefits Paid vacation 401(k) Employee vehicle/service discounts Opportunity for long-term career growth We Want Experienced Advisors If you are currently a successful Service Advisor and feel that your experience, work ethic, and performance deserve a better opportunity, we want to speak with you.
