Position Overview We are seeking a skilled B-Level Technician to support our service operations through high-quality maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role is ideal for a technician who is confident with core mechanical work, understands modern vehicle systems, and values attention to detail—especially during inspections and documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on European and luxury vehicles (brakes, suspension, cooling systems, steering, etc.) Conduct thorough multi-point inspections with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Identify mechanical issues and communicate findings clearly to service advisors or lead technicians Use diagnostic tools and scan equipment to assist in troubleshooting (with support when needed) Follow factory procedures, torque specs, and best practices for high-end vehicles Maintain clean, organized work areas and care for shop equipment Accurately document inspection results, recommended repairs, and completed work Collaborate with A-level technicians and advisors to ensure quality and efficiency Adhere to all safety standards and shop policies Required Qualifications 2-5 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong working knowledge of automotive systems (brakes, suspension, driveline, basic electrical) Experience working on European and/or luxury vehicles preferred Ability to perform detailed inspections and spot potential issues others may miss Comfortable using diagnostic scanners and digital inspection tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Own basic automotive tools Preferred Skills & Traits Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship Eager to learn and advance toward A-Level technician skills Strong problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude Reliable, punctual, and professional Team-oriented with good communication skills ASE certifications are a plus, but not required What Success Looks Like in This Role Inspections are accurate, thorough, and consistently trusted by advisors and customers Comebacks are rare due to careful diagnosis and quality repairs Steady improvement in diagnostic ability and efficiency Positive contribution to shop culture and workflow What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for training and advancement Clean, professional shop environment Exposure to high-end European and luxury vehicles Supportive team and long-term growth potential .
