WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform vehicle repair and maintenance Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Conduct multi-point inspections Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Document work on repair orders Maintain tool inventory Participate in training and certification programs

SUCCESS METRICS

Flat-rate productivity Repair quality Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years automotive technician experience GM Technician experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Technical training Valid driver's license

Master Technician Diagnostic Specialist Service Advisor Service Management

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
