What You'll Do Diagnose common drivability, mechanical, and electrical concerns Perform repairs from diagnosis through completion Perform brakes, suspension, steering, engine, cooling system, and maintenance repairs Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Recommend needed maintenance and repairs through accurate inspections Maintain productivity while producing high-quality work Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Participate in ongoing paid technical training What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience 3+ years of diagnostic experience Strong mechanical repair abilities Comfortable diagnosing common drivability concerns Experience completing repairs independently Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience required Ability to consistently produce 40+ flagged hours per week European vehicle experience is a plus Combination dealership and independent shop experience preferred Positive attitude Strong work ethic Dependable and professional Team-oriented mindset
Compensation Flat Rate Approximate Flat Rate:
$37-$42 per flagged hour
Expected Annual Earnings:
$75,000-$85,000 This is a busy shop with consistent workflow, giving productive technicians excellent earning potential.
