With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we serve a diverse clientele ranging from individual vehicle owners to commercial and fleet. Technician is responsible for installation of aftermarket accessories including Lift & Level Kits, Mount & Balance Wheels/Tires, Bed Covers, Grille Guards, Winch & Winch Mounts, All types of Hitches (Gooseneck, Fifth Wheel, & Receiver), Step Bars, Toolboxes, Cargo Management Systems, Fiberglass Products, and more.
Education:
High Scholl Diploma or GED Technical School Certificate (not required)
Experience:
2-3 Years in Related Field (Preferred) Experience with Automotive Electrical (Preferred) Familiar with Automotive Suspension Systems (Preferred)
Essential Duties:
Installation of Aftermarket Accessories Troubleshoot Issues & Diagnostics Ability to Learn from Senior Technicians Ability to Train Lesser Skill Associates Learn Quickly and Carry Out Assignments Accurately with Minimal Supervision Good Decision-Making Skills Must have a Dependable Source of Transportation Must Work well as a Team Member with others Follow Instructions, Safety practices and Standard Operation Procedures Must Perform Task in the Allotted Times Maintain good Housekeeping on a Daily Basis Be Consistently Punctual and Attend Work Daily on Time Must Possess a
Valid Driver's License Physical Duties:
Lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Extensive standing or walking on concrete
Compensation & Benefits:
