Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive / light truck Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive/ diesel service and repair, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues. Execute repairs and maintenance on automotive electrical systems, engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components. Utilize schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems effectively. Communicate with customers regarding service needs, repair options, and estimated costs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used in accordance with dealership standards. Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training. Experience Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar repair role is preferred. Proficiency in auto diagnosis and understanding of automotive repair processes is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns. Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus, as well as experience working with various automotive brands. $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
