Our ZERO Plan® installment program provides no interest payment options to help vehicle retailers/dealers market and sell Extended Warranties and other protection products to their customers across the nation. Compensation:

Hourly Rate:

$20.00 thru $23.00 based on experience and including bonus. Includes benefits such as health, dental, vacation pay, sick pay, paid holidays, and transportation subsidy.

Duties include:

• Onboarding of New Vehicle Retailers
• Providing Phone Support to Customers Regarding Their Account.
• Provide Support to Our Retailer Clients
• Enroll/Train Vehicle Retailers on the ZERO Plan Program Requirements
• Problem Solver with Good Telephone Communication Skills
• Fast and Accurate Data Entry
• Basic Understanding of Extended Warranties and Dealership Operations
• Experience in Auto Dealership Accounting or Customer Service
• Comfortable with Standard Computer Software Such as Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers, Excel Spreadsheets,etc.
