In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, steering, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle maintenance to ensure safety and performance standards are met. Service diesel engines and heavy equipment mechanics as required, utilizing specialized knowledge in diesel engine repair and air brake systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and mechanical failures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Engine Removal & Replacement (R&R) Transmission Removal & Replacement (R&R) Engine Rebuilding General automotive repair and diagnostics Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Experience Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in automotive service and mechanical systems repair. Hands-on experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), transmission repair, wheel alignment, shocks & struts replacement, and brake repair. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics software and auto estimating procedures to accurately assess repairs needed. Skilled in working with various vehicle types including light vehicles and heavy equipment; familiarity with diesel mechanics is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to work efficiently using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools. Ability to follow detailed schematics and technical manuals while adhering to safety protocols.
