One would be a Team Leader , depending upon experience, the wage range is 35-43 per hour and the other a Line Tech with pay range of 25-31 per hour. The candidate will need exceptional diagnostic, repair and customer service skills. Reynolds, Ignite and Smart Path experience a plus. The hours are 12:45 pm to 9pm Monday through Friday and 1 Saturday per month with day time hours. If you are looking for one of the few family run businesses to work at, this is the one. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using automotive diagnostic tools and interpret wiring diagrams to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, powertrains, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and alignment components. Conduct engine repairs on both gasoline and diesel engines, including diesel engine repair and automotive engine system repairs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Interpret schematics and automotive wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively. Perform vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and system inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks required during repair procedures or component replacements. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes. Expertise in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using modern diagnostic tools and software. Solid mechanical knowledge across automotive engine technology, electrical systems, and vehicle systems. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical repairs. Experience with alignment procedures and vehicle maintenance routines. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques, manual handling safety practices, and the use of power tools. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients' needs
