Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Schaumburg Buick location. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in customer service and mechanical knowledge will help ensure that our clients receive the best possible care for their vehicles. You will work closely with service technicians to facilitate repairs and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Service Advisor /

Service Writer Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI scores. Serve as communicator between customer and technician. Ensure complete understanding in regard to the services rendered. Continue to keep customer informed with necessary information based on service. Accurately verify warranty and service contracts. Prepare and process Repair orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and descriptions of symptoms, etc. Advise customers on additional needed services, explain all benefits. Effectively work with technicians who perform all automotive mechanical services. Service Advisor /

Service Writer Preferred Skills and Experience:

Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience, 1 year minimum Proven track record of above average Sales and CSI scores Tekion experience is a plus Strong work ethic and attendance Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency Ability to make every customer feel as they are the most important customer of the day Strong communication skills Attention to detail Join us as an Automotive Service Advisor where your skills will contribute to providing exceptional service in the automotive industry!
