The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to provide exceptional advice and support to our customers. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing technical advice, troubleshooting customer issues, and managing customer relationships. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. Inspect vehicles for damage and record findings on repair orders. Explain repair procedures to customers and answer any questions they may have. Provide estimates for repairs and services. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle maintenance history. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
