The Opportunity We're looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our Wadsworth Service Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a related field (RV, automotive, maintenance, or similar) who's eager to grow their skills and advance in a thriving industry. You'll be working on a variety of RV repairs—from basic maintenance to system troubleshooting—and learning from experienced technicians along the way. What You'll Do Assist in diagnosing and repairing RV mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Perform maintenance tasks, adjustments, and replacements under supervision Learn and apply diagnostic skills on HVAC, slide-outs, awnings, and other RV systems Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with the service team to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in RV, automotive, maintenance, or related repair work Basic mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing knowledge Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and with a team Must have own tools appropriate to your experience level RVIA certification a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits $18-$22/hour + efficiency bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend needs Why Collier RV?
