Must Have Commission Sales Experience Most shops hire order takers. We're looking for someone who knows how to build trust, communicate value, and help customers make confident decisions. You don't have to come from the automotive industry. If you've been successful selling cell phone plans, gym memberships, roofing, windows, insurance, HVAC, furniture, electronics, cars, or anything else where your income depended on your performance , we want to talk.
