If you have a knack for mechanics, a steady hand with tools, and a desire for a stable Temp-to-Hire opportunity, we want to hear from you.
The Details Pay:
$19/ hr (Weekly Paychecks!)
Schedule:
1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Status:
Temp-to-Hire with benefits available Role Overview In this role, you'll be the hands-on talent behind high-quality automotive components. You won't just be "bolting things together"—you'll be installing custom wire harnesses, assembling side-view mirrors and running boards, and ensuring every piece that leaves the facility is flawless.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Assembly:
Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to assemble parts like door handles and mirrors with 100% accuracy.
Tool Operation:
Masterfully use handheld power tools, including screw guns and drills.
Quality Control:
Perform validation tests to identify defects; if it's not perfect, you'll document it and fix it.
Inventory Management:
Use computer software to log production data and ensure inventory levels remain accurate.
Shipping Prep:
Package finished products according to company standards to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. What You'll Need to
Succeed Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout your shift.
Communication:
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for safety and documentation.
Tech Savvy:
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
Reliability:
Consistent, on-time attendance and dependable transportation to the West Chicago area. Attention to
