As a well-know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino, TICO and now Isuzu dealership, we have 16 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. Job Duties:
Perform mechanical repairs on medium-duty diesel trucks Perform all levels of Preventative Maintenance inspections and repairs Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure they are properly working Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment using testing equipment such as laptop computers, motor analyzers, temperature and pressure gauges Identify warranty repairs and document properly on the repair order Keep work area clean and safe Other duties as assigned
Desired Competencies:
Knowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair medium duty vehicles Detail oriented Team Player Flexibility to meet changing demands
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid CDL driver's license with clean driving record (preferred) 2+ years' experience as a Truck Technician or similar position (preferred)
