Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician at Best-One Tire & Autocare of Angola, Family owned and operated, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing essential tire and lubrication services that keep vehicles running safely and smoothly. Your expertise in automotive maintenance, combined with a passion for quality service, will help ensure our customers leave confident and satisfied. Duties Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, repair, and replacement with precision and care. Conduct oil changes and other automotive fluid replacements efficiently to maintain vehicle health. Assist with basic mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, minor mechanical adjustments, and vehicle maintenance tasks. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform repairs and maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications. Inspect vehicles for safety issues and communicate findings to customers. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all service procedures. Qualifications Experience or prior mechanic experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and automotive. Familiarity with automotive oil changes, tire service, and basic vehicle maintenance. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment effectively. Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing manual tasks throughout the workday. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting clients.
