Full-Time Ready to take your automotive career to the next level with a team dedicated to top-tier customer service and quality repair? We are hiring a Service Advisor in Crawfordsville, IN. In this key role, you'll act as a primary liaison between our customers and service technicians, managing vehicle maintenance needs, scheduling repair work, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, setting clear expectations for their service visit. Consult with customers to identify vehicle issues, review maintenance needs, and recommend services based on manufacturer specifications. Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor, check vehicle service history, and obtain proper authorization for repairs. Schedule appointments, dispatch work to technicians, verify clock times, and ensure smooth delivery of required parts. Keep customers continuously updated on repair progress, delays, and additional recommended work. Perform quality control checks—including test driving vehicles and reviewing completed work orders—to minimize comebacks. Ensure all repair orders strictly comply with dealership and manufacturer standards (concern, cause, and correction). Address customer inquiries via phone, text, or email and maintain a consistently high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of related automotive service advisor or customer service experience. Basic computer proficiency and strong mathematical skills. Outstanding communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with a team-player attitude. High level of honesty, dependability, self-motivation, and attention to detail. Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
