What You'll Do Perform maintenance and repairs per Chrysler / Stellantis factory standards Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, A/C, and more Provide clear, accurate labor/time estimates for additional repairs Communicate effectively with Service Advisors Stay up to date with factory training, updates, and certifications Who You Are FCA / Stellantis certification required 2+ years of dealership-level technician experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills in drivetrain, electrical, chassis, etc. Valid driver's license with clean driving record Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay: Starting at $30hr base (depending on certification & experience) Health, Dental & Vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid time off, holidays Employee discounts & tuition reimbursement OEM training reimbursement A climate-controlled facility
