Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Experienced Automotive Technician to join our Greenwood, IN team. This role is ideal for a technician confident in handling major mechanical repairs, advanced diagnostics, and high-level engine work while maintaining strong productivity and quality standards. Compensation $1,100 - $1,600 per week Commission-based earnings Performance incentives available Weekly pay based on productivity and efficiency Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles Complete engine swaps, transmission replacements, and timing chain/belt jobs Diagnose drivability, electrical, and engine performance issues Maintain high-quality workmanship and efficiency Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Proven experience performing: Engine replacements Transmission replacements Timing chain and timing belt jobs Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills ASE certifications are a plus Valid driver's license Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop Requirements Technicians must supply their own tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive weekly earning potential Commission-based pay structure Stable, year-round work Established national brand support Sundays off every week If you are an experienced technician ready to maximize your income in a busy, well-supported shop environment, apply today to join our Greenwood team.
