Responsibilities Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls Schedule service appointments Create and update repair orders Keep customers informed about their vehicles Assist with estimates, invoices, and payments Communicate with technicians and parts suppliers Perform general office and front-counter duties Assist with maintaning the front office appearance Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong communication and computer skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person What We Offer Starting pay of $25 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience Monday-Friday work schedule No weekends Paid holidays Friendly, family-owned work environment Opportunity for long-term growth Join a trusted local repair shop with over 30 years of experience serving Northwest Indiana and more than 120,000 vehicles serviced.
