Bi-weekly We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in Kokomo, IN, with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. This position pays $80,000-$85,000 per year and offers a Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule. You'll work on all makes and models, including some European vehicles, and handle repairs from initial diagnosis through completion. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting on newer makes and models Diagnose drivability concerns and identify the root cause of vehicle problems Read and interpret diagnostic codes and test results Complete automotive repairs from initial diagnosis through final repair Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Document diagnostic findings, inspection results, and recommended repairs Maintain strong productivity while delivering quality repairs Communicate repair findings effectively with the service team Qualifications 5+ years of automotive repair experience Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience diagnosing drivability concerns and identifying root causes Ability to read and interpret diagnostic codes and test results Experience working across all makes and models Ability to complete repairs from diagnosis through final repair Experience documenting diagnostic findings and Digital Vehicle Inspections Compensation & Benefits $80,000-$85,000 annual salary Paid bi-weekly Medical insurance, with eligibility beginning 90 days after the first full month of employment Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with 4% company match PTO Paid holidays Shop closed the day after Thanksgiving Ongoing training through Vision, STX, ATI, and Worldpac Team outings Monday team lunch meetings Why Work Here This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and the opportunity to perform advanced diagnostic and repair work across a broad mix of vehicles, including some European models.
