Join Our Growing Auto Reconditioning Team AutoFX is seeking experienced mobile Automotive Interior Technicians to join our high-performing team. If you have hands-on experience with interior cosmetic repairs — from seats and carpets to headliners and dashboards — this is your chance to work in a fast-paced environment where your craftsmanship and attention to detail are rewarded. As an Interior Technician at AutoFX, you'll perform expert-level repairs using specialized tools and techniques to restore vehicle interiors to like-new condition. What You'll Do Perform interior cosmetic repairs on vehicle components including seats, carpets, steering wheels, headliners, door panels, and cargo areas Use specialized tools and techniques including spray-dyeing, odor removal systems, sanding, stitching, fillers, and proprietary surface prep methods Mix and match dyes for precise color restoration and blending Complete masking, filling, sanding, and refinishing tasks to achieve seamless repairs Work efficiently across multiple vehicle makes and models while maintaining a high standard of quality Maintain a clean and organized work area; adhere to safety and company protocols Be flexible — occasional overtime may be required What You'll Need Minimum 3 years of automotive interior repair experience (preferred) Strong understanding of interior surface repair techniques and equipment Comfortable working in changing weather conditions Ability to lift 25+ lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong color matching ability and visual acuity (color, depth perception, focus adjustment) Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in various environmental conditions Why AutoFX?
