Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your hands-on skills and mechanical expertise will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. In this energetic role, you will perform essential tire services, oil changes, and vehicle inspections while ensuring top-quality automotive care. Responsibilities Conduct automotive tire changes, rotations, and repairs using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely. Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify mechanical issues, including checking tire wear, brake systems, and electrical components. Utilize automotive parts and accessories knowledge to recommend necessary repairs or replacements to customers. Assist with vehicle inspections for safety compliance and prepare vehicles for auto estimating or further repairs. Use mechanical systems repair skills to troubleshoot issues related to suspension, brakes, or electrical systems as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Prior mechanic experience or hands-on work in automotive repair is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and basic vehicle maintenance procedures is essential. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, auto body repair, and auto restoration is a plus. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about vehicle conditions and repairs. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions throughout the day. Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
