Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs. Review vehicle history and perform walk-around inspections. Recommend maintenance, repairs, parts, and accessories based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines. Prepare accurate repair orders, cost estimates, and completion timelines. Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs. Communicate regularly with customers regarding repair status, additional findings, and estimated completion times. Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery. Verify repairs have been completed correctly before vehicle delivery. Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Help drive service department sales while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred. Strong sales and customer service skills with a consultative approach. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance. Self-motivated with a desire to maximize earnings. Experience with dealership software and service processes is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
