Responsibilities Answer calls for service department Perform inbound call and in person appointment scheduling Work from lists to perform outbound appointment scheduling Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in as needed. Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days. Commission earned per day filling in. Create and manage repair orders for Inventory vehicles Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed. Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations when needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
