Summary:

Jiffy Lube is expanding in Warsaw, IN, and we're looking for a motivated Mechanic in Training (MIT) to develop their skills and grow into a lead role in our Multicare bay. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll gain experience in brakes, tires, suspension, alignment, and general repair work while assisting both the Lube & Repair teams. Why Join Us? What You'll Do:

Assist with Multicare repairs, including brakes, tires, alignments, and suspensions. Learn and perform preventative maintenance and basic automotive services. Work closely with senior technicians to build technical skills and confidence. Support the Lube & Repair teams with day-to-day shop operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

A strong interest in automotive repair and willingness to learn. Some mechanical experience or automotive coursework is a plus, but no formal certification is required—we'll train you! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
