As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive repairs and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models. Diagnose issues with powertrain systems and other mechanical components. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle conditions accurately. Weld components as necessary to ensure structural integrity and safety. Align wheels and adjust suspensions to manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly and effectively. Prepare auto estimates for repairs, ensuring transparency with customers regarding costs and services required. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably within a dealership setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment relevant to automotive repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience with auto estimating is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required.
