Position Summary Touchdown RV is seeking an RV Automotive Technician to join our team in Indianapolis. This role performs a variety of technical, customer service, and operational tasks, including diagnosing and repairing minor RV and travel-trailer issues, completing routine maintenance, supporting customer check-in/check-out, and ensuring units are rental-ready. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, inspect, and perform minor repairs on RVs and travel trailers Adjust, mount, or install accessories and components as needed Sanitize fresh water systems and properly dispose of waste Caulk and seal areas requiring attention Deliver and pick up travel trailers and RVs for service, repairs, or customer needs Meet with customers to conduct RV and trailer tours Manage detailed customer check-in and check-out procedures Follow company policies, safety standards, and workflow processes Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record (per insurance requirements) Basic diagnostic and repair skills; ability to identify maintenance needs Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service abilities Ability to understand, interpret, and follow company policies and training procedures Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Why Join Touchdown RV?
