Advancement What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential issues early Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with accuracy Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and recommendations Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds manufacturer standards
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance ASE certifications or OEM training preferred (not required) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with shop equipment (alignment systems, tire machines, diagnostic tools, AC service equipment) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Work Here?
