What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on luxury and high-performance vehicles Execute repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology to identify vehicle concerns Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed recommendations Collaborate with Service Advisors and team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and manufacturer standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Contribute positively to a high-energy, team-focused culture What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3-5 years of automotive technician experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience performing repair and maintenance services independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional attitude with excellent communication skills Passion for automotive excellence and customer satisfaction Strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and dependability Excellent time management skills with the ability to consistently meet repair deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards Preferred Qualifications ASE Certification (or ability to obtain certification) Experience working on luxury and high-performance brands such as Porsche, BMW M, Mercedes-AMG, Audi RS, Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, or similar vehicles Performance modification and aftermarket installation experience Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience The Graham Rahal Performance Difference At Graham Rahal Performance, our reputation is built on expertise, trust, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
