COMPENSATION

$31,200-$75,000+ annually. Hourly or base salary with performance bonuses, depending on experience and role. You'll always know where you stand and be rewarded for strong communication, customer satisfaction, and shop performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and build strong, positive relationships Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly Create accurate ROs and manage workflow Keep customers updated through the repair process Collaborate with technicians for smooth operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Positive attitude and strong communication skills Genuine desire to help customers Reliability, organization, and professionalism Team player with a valid driver's license Service writing experience helpful but not required...we'll train the right person
