Job Description

Job Summary:
The OEM Certified Technician is responsible for performing high-quality maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services on products following the OEM standards and specifications. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on OEM products. Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions. Adhere to OEM guidelines and specifications during all maintenance and repair activities to ensure product integrity and safety. Stay up-to-date with the latest OEM training, certifications, and service bulletins. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized. Communicate effectively with advisors, explaining the nature of the problems, the work that needs to be done, and the estimated timeframes. Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred. OEM certification relevant to the specific industry or product line (e.g., ASE certification for automotive technicians). Proven experience as a technician in the relevant field. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and software. Excellent communication and service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license. Willingness to undergo continuous training and certification as required by the OEM.
Compensation:
Wages will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off, as well as paid training.
